Welcome to DU
Delta Upsilon today is one of Cornell’s strongest and most respected fraterities. Its more than 50 members are active on campus and hold leadership roles in the Interfraternity Council, business fraternity and club sports, among other activities. In 2014 the chapter won the Cornell Intramural All-Sports Trophy for the second year in a row. DUs have held highly visible positions on campus. Brothers helped found Cayuga’s Watchers, a nationally recognized group of students who promote responsible drinking. They helped clean up after Hurricane Sandy on the NJ shore, repaired a school in Jamaica, and volunteer for Ithaca youth organizations. Members play club golf, hockey and lacrosse. Graduates attend the nation’s leading law, medical and business schools and work for leading companies. The Cornell chapter’s 1,200-strong alumni association is one of Cornell’s largest and most active and loyal.
