October 1, 2017 – Phase 1 renovations and major upgrades to our house at 6 South Avenue are complete! Importantly, these improvements already have an impact on how the undergraduates live, study and thrive in the House. The Great Hall, Chapter Room and Library have been refurbished including:
All new finishes
• Flooring, lighting, electric upgrades and furnishings
• Display cabinets in the Library for our DU memorabilia
• Upgraded infrastructure items (new electric service, wiring and electric panels)
• New sewage line from the house
• Upgraded electric outlets and switches throughout the first floor
• New laundry facility with three washers and three dryers
